Voice recordings

We record your voice only after you have consented. The recording is used solely for your feedback and is deleted automatically after 30 days. Basis: Swiss DSG and GDPR.

Delete your account and all your data

You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time, without asking us: e-mail address, recordings, transcripts, reports, placement, written texts and every sign-in. This is your right to erasure (DSG Art. 32, GDPR Art. 17), and it does not require writing to us.

The single exception is the purchase record (date and amount), which is subject to a statutory retention obligation and is kept in anonymised form.

Processing

Audio and transcript are transmitted to OpenAI for the simulation and the evaluation; text is transmitted to ElevenLabs for the listening clips. No data is passed to advertising networks.

Account and payment

For your account we store your e-mail address, your placement, your results and your plan. For a purchase we store the reference, the payment status and the customer ID of our payment provider — never card data. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
