Emails about the course

After a free test, with an account or when you start a purchase, we send you a few emails about the course. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click, and you can also unsubscribe on the unsubscribe page. We store the optional box next to the email field as your preference, with its wording version and the time; at checkout we also store the version and time of the notice on the order.

Voice recordings

We record your voice only after you have consented. The recording is used solely for your feedback and is deleted automatically after 30 days. Basis: Swiss DSG and GDPR.

Delete your account and all your data

You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time, without asking us: e-mail address, recordings, transcripts, reports, placement, written texts and every sign-in. This is your right to erasure (DSG Art. 32, GDPR Art. 17), and it does not require writing to us.

The single exception is the purchase record (date and amount), which is subject to a statutory retention obligation and is kept in anonymised form.

Processing

Audio and transcript are transmitted to OpenAI for the simulation and the evaluation; text is transmitted to ElevenLabs for the listening clips. Without your explicit consent, no data is passed to advertising networks.

Account and payment

For your account we store your e-mail address, your placement, your results and your plan. For a purchase we store the reference, the payment status and the customer ID of our payment provider, never card data. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

When you report a question, we store its ID, your choice, any optional note, the page, language and time. New reports are sent as a digest to our support team.

Anonymous consent counts

We count landing-page requests without a saved cookie choice and answers to the cookie banner in our own database. These counts contain no cookie, session or user identifier, IP address or browser information. They show how often visitors accept advertising measurement.

After you accept, our first-party sp_ft cookie records the first page you visited after consent, the referring host, campaign parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid, gbraid) and the time. Later consented visits update the last visit while keeping the first. We copy the first visit to your lead and order and to payment metadata to understand where purchases come from. The cookie lasts 180 days. Withdrawing consent clears it and removes this data from open orders and your lead; paid orders keep their recorded transaction history.

Advertising measurement (Meta pixel)

Only if you have agreed do we load the Meta pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. We use it to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work. Without your consent the pixel is not loaded and no request goes to Meta at all.

What is transmitted once you agree: your IP address, information about your browser and device, the pages you view on this site, and the events “page view”, “level test completed”, “checkout started” and “purchase” (with the amount of CHF 59). We do not transmit your name, your e-mail address or anything you write or say in the exercises.

Meta may transfer and process this data in the USA, where the level of protection can be lower than in Switzerland or the EU. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (DSG Art. 6, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time: click “Cookies” in the footer of any page and choose “No, thanks”. The pixel then stops loading immediately; data already transmitted remains lawfully processed until then.

Cookies

We set as few cookies as possible. This is the complete list:

sp_s: Session cookie. Needed to keep you signed in and to find your results again. Expires after 180 days.
sp_cc: Stores your answer to the cookie banner (yes or no) so that we do not ask again. 180 days.
sp_ft: First and most recent visit after consent for purchase attribution. 180 days.
_fbp, _fbc: Set by Meta, only after your consent. They attribute a visit to an ad. If you decline, they are never set.

There are no other tracking cookies, and we use no third-party analytics tool.
