Delete your account and all your data
This is final. There is no way back afterwards — not even for us.
What is deleted:
- Your e-mail address and your account
- Every voice recording
- Every transcript and report
- Placement, written texts, exam modules and exam simulations
- All active sign-ins
Not deleted: the bare purchase record (date and amount). Accounting records carry a statutory retention obligation; it is kept anonymised and can no longer be linked to you.
