Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online contract for digital content within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

Before the deadline, send a clear statement by e-mail to the address below. The model form is optional.

For digital content without a physical medium, the right expires only when delivery begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost.

After a valid withdrawal, we refund the payment within 14 days using the same payment method.
